2014 Registration Fees:
$1,995 Early Bird: Registration & payment received before Dec 31, 2013
$2,295 Advance Rate: Registration & payment received between Jan 1, 2014 and Mar 15, 2014
$2,595 Standard Rate: Registration received after Mar 15, 2014
$1,895 Group Rate: Register four (4) or more attendees from the same company
Registration fees include most meals and attendance in conference events, sessions, keynotes, and access to the Expert Lab and the sponsor pavilion. Fees do not include lodging, travel expenses, or hotel incidentals. Adult guests of attendees are welcome to attend the Sunday and Monday evening events for an additional fee of $250. Please note that conference sessions, meals, and other events are for registered conference attendees only.
Conference materials and name badges can be picked up onsite at the conference during the following registration hours:
Sunday, April 27, 2014, 2:00pm to 5:00pm
Monday, April 28, 2014, 7:30am to 5:00pm
Tuesday, April 29, 2014, 8:00am to 4:00pm
If you plan to arrive after the scheduled registration hours, just let us know ahead of time. We’ll have your registration materials waiting for you at the hotel upon your arrival.
If you need to cancel your registration please send your request via e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org. All registration cancellation notifications received by December 31, 2013 will be refunded 100%, less $75 per registration. Conference registration cancellation requests received by March 15, 2014 will be refunded less 50% of total registration fees paid. Requests received after March 15, 2014 will not be honored. In all cases, Camstar will be happy to transfer your registration to another person within your organization. To transfer your registration to a colleague, please send your request via e-mail to email@example.com.
